We are pleased to announce the First Annual Lyn-Tron Charity Golf Classic will be held on Saturday,
August 2nd, 2008 at the Downriver Municipal Golf Course in Spokane, Washington, proceeds are to benefit The ISAAC Foundation.
From a humble beginning in 1956 as Lynn Electronics Company, Lyn-Tron has grown to become respected in the industry as a quality supplier of electronic and connector hardware. In 1957 Lyn-Tron was incorporated under its current name. For many years solder terminals were the major product produced and sold. As technology changed, new products were developed to meet industry needs. In 1982 Lyn-Tron began manufacture of connector hardware. As a leading manufacturer of standoffs, spacers, and other types of electronic hardware, Lyn-Tron's name has become synonymous with quality products. In 1993 both manufacturing facilities in Los Angeles, California were outgrown. Corporate offices and manufacturing are now located on a new 10 acre, state of the art, facility in Spokane, Washington.

When Joey Holley was diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder, Joey’s family including Don Lynn (Joey’s grandfather and President & CEO of Lyn-Tron) and Josh Holley (Joey’s dad and Director of Business Development of Lyn-Tron) were overwhelmed with feelings of hopelessness and uncertainty. Therapy was expensive, waiting lists were long, and there was limited direction from doctors and professionals. Joey has been exceedingly blessed through friends and family to receive the best therapy and help possible, and is recovering more and more each day. Lyn-Tron has chosen The ISAAC Foundation for their annual charity golf classic so the proceeds will help children in the Inland Northwest have the same chances at recovery that Joey has received.
Medical professionals recommend a minimum of 20-30 hours per week of intensive therapy such as speech, occupational, behavioral, and relationship development interventions for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. Intensive early intervention services are critical to give a child affected by autism the chance at a bright and prosperous future. Unfortunately, the cost of providing these therapies in the Spokane region is $30,000-$80,000 per year. Most therapies are not covered by insurance policies in Washington or state
funded programs.
We invite you to join us for this exciting event by becoming a sponsor. The day promises to be a great time full of food and fun. If you have any questions about the Lyn-Tron Charity Golf Classic, please contact Jeff Nichols at 509-252-3406 or email him at GolfClassic@lyntron.com. If you have any questions about The ISAAC Foundation, please contact Holly Lytle at 509-499-1679.
Thank you very much for your interest in helping The ISAAC Foundation through the First Annual Lyn-Tron Charity Golf Classic! Don Lynn, Lyn-Tron, Inc.
